I am a purpose-driven communicator currently based in Nairobi, where I oversee the Goodwill Ambassador programme and marketing for the UN Environment Programme. Previously, I served as the head of communications for the United Nations University in the Netherlands and head editor for an environmental organization in Germany. I have lived in New York and Jakarta, serving as deputy editor for award-winning travel magazine DestinAsian, assisting at various other magazines (New York, Travel + Leisure) and leading the editorial for a consulting firm (Vriens & Partners). I write, edit and design integrated communications across mediums, from print features to watercolored postcards, and am currently penning a fiction novel. email: gabrielle.lipton@gmail.com
